Unfortunately, I can not actually comment on the services. I scheduled 3 appointments, and all 3 were no shows, with no prior notification.
After setting up an initial appointment over the phone, I received and email asking to reschedule at a later time the same day — should add that this was the day before the scheduled appointments
I responded that I would not be able to do so, and suggested another date/time. I did not receive a response, and no one showed.
I then called back to schedule another appointment, and for the second and third time, no shows.
UPDATE: Eddie, the owner of this establishment tried to bully me into removing my negative review, and told me to “get help” — we can add not very professional to the list.

Don’t bother calling if you don’t have at least $750 of work to do, which is their minimum. The phone technician didn’t tell me so when I booked the estimate.

This is the most unprofessional service I ever used. Be prepared to redo whatever you hired them to do over, and if you complain about their crap work and miscommunicationthey will automatically threaten to put a lien on your home with out any “further back and forth”
Whatever the sales person promised is not what they delivered. Avoid

I would find anyone else to do this work.
Sir Grout came highly recommended to me.
Unfortunately, the person on the job did not read the work order, and instead of cleaning the tile and the grout on the walls, he removed the grout on my floor. It took an extra day and a half to repair the floor that he had taken apart, the floor that was not damaged or in need of cleaning at all. At first, he couldn’t even apologize, and it took him until day 3, when he had clearly been taken to task by his supervisor, to apologize.
On day two, he was supposed to recaulk, and he decided to replace clear caulk with white caulk, just because, and had to redo the work.
In both cases, the errors were corrected, and the supervisor made the correct apologies (and offered 20% off for future work). However, I cannot trust a company that has employees that cannot follow directions.
The work that was done, in the end, was done well. But the process itself was so deeply disappointing, and I cannot hire technicians to do work who need minute by minute supervision to do the work. They must be able to follow the work order and estimate given to them by their supervisors. That’s my minimum requirement.

Unfortunately it is 1 year later and I still have not heard back from Eddie at sirgrout . He and his team did some work on floor tiles and had to take out a couple of tiles and grout and stain them. I realized after he left that they never stained them so it is a different color from the other tiles he installed. I followed ur many times ( over 3) and no response. I also had one of his guy to redo the sealing around by bathtub and it was a sloppy job, Which he acknowledged after seeing pictures. After the guy came back to fix it. I saw that there were still areas that the sealing around the tub had a dripping look. It’s disappointing that they don’t respond after many calls and emails . Inconsistent work and communication. If they didn’t think they could do the job they shouldn’t have taken it.

Totally unbelievable that this is a professional business. My bathtub has drips of the top coat material running down the tub and a sharp/ dangerous area on the bottoms of the tub that would have cut someone’s feet if I didn’t get it fixed.
The work was so poorly done, that I had to hire someone else to fix it after Eddie’s 2nd attempt to fit it was an equal failure.
The employee used no ventilation to send the dust out, and sanding dust was all over my house.
I asked Eddie (see text) to personally come oversee the work to ensure it was done well. He didn’t. Eddie said ‘he will come fix the drips’. He came and only partially cleaned up the dust/ dirt all over the house.
1. I included a photo of the mess that was left. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning up dust and dirt.
2. Yes, these are ‘after photos’. Not before photos.
3. I wish I had paid more attention to the other bad reviews. They were right! Eddie will probably deny everything as he did with the other poor reviews.Xxx

Negative Yelp reviews tend to get into a she said/she said routine, so my one subjective comment is that I do not recommend this company. Now two months after the service and six weeks since I started following up on it, I am summarizing the objective, lengthy details of my experience as follows:
In June 2019 I contacted Sir Grout to get a quote for patching grout and resealing the grout in the shower in my bathroom. Richard, the consultant, came to my apartment, gave a very thorough review of the scope of work, including a meticulous effort to try to match the color of the grout, and left saying he’d send a quote immediately. After 24 hours he hadn’t and I emailed to request it.
A date for the repairs was scheduled and then rescheduled by me for 7/12 due to business travel. The workers arrived about 25 minutes late but quickly set up. I did not go over the scope of work with them. Before starting, Kareem, the coordinator, questioned the choice of grout color and tried to convince me to use another color repeatedly; eventually I agreed for him to do what he thought was best. After about two hours his assistant left and Kareem updated me that the shower tile had been resealed, so that that was complete. I asked if the grout had also been patched, because from my vantage point it looked like it had not. He said it hadn’t, and when I asked why, the reply was, “Well, if you want it to be patched then I can patch it.” It was in the scope of work against which I was getting charged, so I did not “want” it to be patched, rather that was his job for the day. The grout around tiles under my bathroom sink needed to be repaired (within the scope of work), and I was then informed that the wall supporting them needed to be strengthened as well for an additional $150. The tiles had already been removed, so I agreed. They finished the work, I paid the amount in full by check, the workers left, and I got on with my life. I didn’t think the color looked right, but I thought this was because the grout was still drying and that with day-to-day use (with showers every 24 hours) one could never be sure.
On 8/5, after returning from vacation after nine days of no one using the shower at all, I saw how poor the grout job was. I looked for an invoice in my email account but found none. I emailed Richard, area manager, with photos of the discoloration, complaints about the service (as outlined above), and a request for an invoice over three weeks after completion of the service. The following day I received the invoice by email (addressed to “Mrs.”, which I am not) with an apology that “office staff is light” in the summer and a request for photos to substantiate my claim of inferior quality. I replied immediately (8/6) with additional questions about the color of the grout, about a discrepancy between the invoice and the amount I’d paid in full, and resending the same photos I’d sent one day earlier. I received no reply. My follow-up emails of 8/27 and 9/8 requesting remedy to what was nearly $1,000 of repair (paid in full on day of service) and clarification on the sum have gone unanswered, so here we a
